STRICT CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
We kindly ask that you understand and respect our time and the time of other clients.
- All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
- No-shows or missed appointments will also result in a $50 fee.
It is your responsibility to notify us if you cannot make your appointment. Last-minute cancellations leave us unable to fill the reserved time slot, which directly impacts our business and team.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best experience for all clients.
Late Arrival
Please be aware that arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the CANCELLATION of your appointment and a $50 no-show fee will be charged.
Our services require the full scheduled time to ensure you receive the complete experience. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our team’s time and other clients’ appointments.
Head Spa Service Agreement
1. The services are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only. 2. The specialist/technician will explain the treatment, including potential benefits. 3. I will inform the specialist/technician of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities. 4. I understand that services may be adjusted or terminated if deemed necessary. 5. I understand that hair extensions may be at risk of damage during the service, and I agree not to hold Asana Head Spa or its employees responsible for any damage or repair costs. 6. Please note that the duration of the service may vary depending on the length of the hair and other factors. An estimated time is provided on the website; however, the actual time may be shorter or longer based on individual circumstances. 7. I acknowledge that I am aware of the facial treatment process and its potential risks. I consent to receiving the facial treatment and understand that the results may vary. 8. I acknowledge and accept that allergic reactions to products may occur. By signing this, I agree to release and hold harmless Asana Head Spa, its employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or demands for compensation, reimbursement, or damages arising from such allergic reactions or any other adverse effects associated with the services provided. 9. I acknowledge and consent that I will be required to remain in a supine position (on my back) for an extended period of time, which may last up to two (2) hours or longer, as necessary for the service. It is advised to check with your doctor prior to receiving your service. 10. By signing this agreement, you authorize us to charge the card on file for any unpaid balance. If payment is not made at the time of service, the card provided will be billed for the remaining amount due. 11. I acknowledge that I do not have lice, scalp infections, or any other contagious hair/scalp conditions at the time of my appointment. I understand that if such conditions are found at the time of service, my appointment may be canceled and I will still be responsible for the full service fee.
Can I Bring A Guest With Me ?

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all clients, we have a strict policy of no guests allowed in the treatment rooms.
We kindly ask that you:
- Use the seating area in the lobby while you wait
- Keep noise to a minimum
- Mute all cell phones and electronic devices
