What Are Memberships
Our membership includes a variety of exclusive benefits designed to enhance your experience. Enjoy 1 visit per month to take advantage of our premium services, plus receive 20% off when you bring a guest along. You'll also get 20% off add-on treatments to customize your experience, as well as 20% off products to help maintain your results at home. These perks are designed to provide incredible value and ensure that you always feel your best.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Monthly Membership Cancellation Policy
- Minimum Commitment: Monthly memberships require a minimum commitment of 4 months (120 days).
- Early Cancellation Fee: If you cancel before completing the 4-month commitment, a $150 early cancellation fee will apply.
- Notice Requirement: After the initial 4-month period, you may cancel your membership with a minimum of 30 days' written notice.
- Effective Date: Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle following the notice period.
Cancellation Request Process
In-Person: Members may cancel their membership in person at our front desk by completing a cancellation request form.
Email: Alternatively, members may email our customer service team at Asanaheadspa@gmail.com with their cancellation request, including their full name, membership number, phone number and reason for cancellation.
Waiving Fees: Cancellation fees may be waived in cases of relocation, medical reasons, or other extenuating circumstances. Documentation may be required.
Refunds
Monthly Memberships: No refunds will be issued for partial months. Membership access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Freezing Memberships
Members have the option to freeze their membership instead of canceling. Memberships can be frozen for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 2 months within a 12-month period.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
Medical Reasons: If a member is unable to use the facilities due to medical reasons, they may request a cancellation without penalty by providing a doctor’s note.
Post-Cancellation Access
Once the cancellation is processed and effective, the member will no longer have access to the facilities and services. Any guest passes or other member benefits will be forfeited.
Rejoining After Cancellation
Members who wish to rejoin after cancellation will be subject to the current membership rates and any applicable sign-up fees. Previous membership rates and benefits will not be guaranteed.
Disputes and Resolutions
Any disputes regarding cancellations must be submitted in writing to our customer service team. We strive to resolve all issues fairly and promptly.

How Do I Book An Appointment
You will need to login to your vagaro www.vagaro.com account then go to services select the service that matches your membership, then select a date, time and specialist you would like the be with. Upon your checkout you will automatically not be charged any amount. If you do bring a guest you will be charge the amount of there service minus 20%. Remember when bringing a guest you must call to book your appointment.

Membership Sale Pricing Policy
Memberships purchased at a promotional sale price will retain that discounted rate for the full duration of the active membership.
However, if the membership is canceled, the sale price will no longer be available. To rejoin, you must pay the standard membership rate or wait for a future promotional offer.
As an alternative to cancellation, you may freeze your membership for up to 2 months within a 12-month period to retain your current pricing and benefits.
Can I bring a guest?
Members can bring a guests once a month which will receive a 20% discount for the service selected upon checkout. You will must contact Asana head spa prior to bringing in your guest. We will try to make any and all accommodations possible at the time of booking.
How Often Will I Be Charged
Your membership will be billed automatically every 30 days, starting from the date you sign up. This recurring charge ensures uninterrupted access to all the exclusive benefits and services included in your membership. The payment will be processed on the same day each month, corresponding to the original date of enrollment, making it easy to keep track of your membership. If you ever need to update your payment details or have any questions about your billing cycle, our team is here to assist you.
Can I cancel my membership?

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Please visit our facility or contact our customer service team to make changes to your membership.

Please note that membership visits do not roll over. All unused visits expire at the end of each billing cycle and cannot be carried over to the following month.
